Robin Kelly could split the Black vote. Former Illinois Republican Party chair Don Tracy won the GOP nomination, running as a centrist focused on lowering living costs and drawing on his experience as a lawyer and former Illinois Gaming Board chair, and will face the Democratic nominee in November.
